Disclaimer

Effective 1 September 2026 · Page last updated 18 August 2026

This page sets out what the information on this site can be relied on for and what it cannot. It is written plainly rather than defensively, because a disclaimer nobody reads protects nobody, and because being straight about the limits of a figure is part of publishing it honestly.

Guidance, not a quote

Prices here reflect what most US listings carry. They are a reliable guide, not a price promise for the counter you walk up to.

Some figures are modelled

Caffeine is estimated, not published. So is any calorie figure below 100 percent sugar. Both are labelled wherever they appear.

Not the official site

Independent site. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to HEYTEA. We cannot take an order, issue a refund or speak for the company.

1. This Site Is for Information Only

HeyTeaMenuGuide.com publishes reference information about the HEYTEA drinks menu in the United States. It is a guide someone reads before they order, and that is the whole of its purpose.

Nothing here is an offer to sell anything. This site does not take orders, hold inventory, process payments, arrange deliveries, issue refunds, run promotions or operate customer service on behalf of any business. If you have reached this page trying to resolve something about an actual order, the official HEYTEA website is the only route that will help.

2. Prices Vary and Prices Move

The 47 drink prices and 12 topping prices on this site were cross checked against three independent public US menu listings plus store level ordering pages. Where two of the three agreed, that figure is used. Where all three disagreed, the median is used. The method is set out in full on the about page.

That process produces a figure that is right for most US stores on most days. It does not produce a figure that is guaranteed correct at a specific counter on a specific afternoon. Prices on this chain shift by city, and the Manhattan and Beverly Hills stores sit toward the top of the range. A drink listed here at $5.49 may ring up higher in one of those locations without anything being wrong.

Menus also change without notice. Seasonal drinks come off the board, new ones arrive, and a store can be out of an ingredient on the day you visit. Treat every price on this site as accurate at the time it was last checked, which is the date printed at the top of each page, and confirm anything that matters before you buy.

3. Which Figures Are Published and Which Are Estimated

This is the distinction most menu sites blur, so it is worth being exact about it.

Published, not estimated. Drink prices, topping prices, and the calorie count for each drink at 100 percent sugar. Those are the values the chain and its listings put out. The range on this site runs from 30 calories to 560, and both ends are published numbers rather than our arithmetic.

Estimated, and labelled as such. Every caffeine figure on this site is an estimate. HEYTEA does not publish per drink caffeine for the US market, so the numbers here are derived from the tea base, its oxidation level and the brew strength each drink uses, applied to published caffeine ranges for those tea types at a 16 oz serve. A matcha build shown at roughly 95 mg is a reasoned figure, not a measured one.

Also estimated. Any calorie figure shown for a sugar level below 100 percent. The chain publishes one calorie count per drink, not one per sugar setting, so the reduction is modelled from the share of a drink's calories that comes from added syrup. That model is described openly on the sugar levels page, and both calculators mark those outputs as estimates rather than presenting them as published.

We could have printed precise caffeine numbers and nobody would have questioned them. Doing so would have looked more authoritative and been less true, which is the wrong trade for a site whose only value is being right.

4. Nutrition, Allergens and Health

Nothing on this site is dietary, nutritional or medical advice. The calorie figures and the nutrition calculator exist so you can compare one drink against another before you order, and that is all they are built to do.

If you are managing your intake for a medical reason, including diabetes, a heart condition, pregnancy or a caffeine sensitivity, treat the numbers here as a starting point for a conversation with a qualified professional rather than as a basis for a decision. The 4 drinks this site lists as caffeine free are built without a tea base, but that classification comes from the recipe rather than from laboratory testing.

On allergens, the main ones on this menu are milk, which is present in every cheese cloud cap and every milk build, and tree nuts in the Pistachio Cloud King Jasmine. These are small shops preparing drinks in a shared space with shared equipment, so cross contact is possible on anything that is not a plain brewed tea. If you have a serious allergy, ask at the counter. No website can tell you how a specific store is set up on a specific day, and this one does not pretend otherwise.

5. Store Details and Opening Hours

This site lists 23 US stores with a confirmed street address, across 6 states. The chain publishes a US figure of about 28. The 5 not listed here could not be verified by address, and they are left out rather than guessed at.

Opening hours come from published store listings and were checked one location at a time. Stores change their hours, mall units follow the mall rather than the chain, and holiday trading is not centrally announced for this brand. The holiday table on the hours page describes the pattern across street stores and mall units, which is not the same thing as an official schedule.

Do not make a journey on the strength of a page on this site alone. Call the store, or check its own listing, before travelling for a specific drink at a specific time.

6. The Calculators

The drink builder and the nutrition calculator are provided free and run entirely inside your browser. Nothing you enter is transmitted, stored or seen by us.

Their totals are pre tax menu prices. Sales tax is excluded because it varies by state and city, and HEYTEA trades across 6 states with different rates in each. Delivery platform pricing is excluded too, since those platforms list above counter prices before their own fees. A total of $9.99 in the builder means the menu price of that order, not what leaves your account.

7. No Affiliation with HEYTEA

This site is an independent guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to HEYTEA or its parent company. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

HEYTEA and any associated names, logos, product names and slogans belong to their respective owners. They appear on this site to identify and describe the products being written about, which is nominative fair use. No sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or approval by HEYTEA is claimed or implied anywhere on this site, and none exists.

Every drink illustration on this site is original artwork generated for it. No photograph owned by HEYTEA or by any third party appears anywhere on these pages.

8. Advertising

This site is free to read and is funded by advertising. Advertisements are separated from editorial content and are identifiable as advertising.

No advertiser has any influence over what is published here. That includes the prices, the rankings, the recommendations and the opinions in the guides. We do not accept payment for a favourable mention, we do not publish sponsored menu listings, and we do not carry paid links. Where a guide says a drink is poor value, as the value piece does about the $9.99 builds, that is the site's own view argued from its own data.

What advertising cookies do and how to opt out of personalised advertising is covered in the privacy policy.

9. External Links

This site links out to the official HEYTEA website, to Google Maps for store directions, and to advertising opt out resources. Those destinations are outside our control. We are not responsible for their content, their accuracy or how they handle your data, and a link from here is not an endorsement of what sits at the other end of it.

10. Limitation of Liability

The information on this site is provided as is and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of this site or reliance on anything published here. That includes a difference between a price shown here and a price charged in a store, a journey made to a location that was closed, and any decision taken on the basis of a calorie or caffeine figure.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited. The full terms governing use of this site sit on the terms and conditions page.

11. Corrections

We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a price, a calorie figure, a store address or an opening time on this site does not match what you found, send it through the contact page with the drink name, the store and what you actually saw.

Corrections are checked against the same sources the site already uses and applied on the next build. A price lives in one file, so fixing it corrects every table, tool, guide and structured data block that mentions it at once. Getting these numbers right is the only reason this site exists, so a correction is genuinely useful rather than an inconvenience.

12. Changes to This Disclaimer

This disclaimer may be updated. The effective date at the top of the page changes with it, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version. Questions go to info@heyteamenuguide.com.
